Introduction
It has truly been my privilege at Allan Homes to work with our Clients in Designing and Building their New Homes, which is what I love to do. It is fun and exciting to see a New Home Plan develop from concepts and ideas shared and created by both our Clients and Allan Homes, and then to see those Plans and Ideas take shape in Actual Construction. Preparing the Foundation Plan then watching as that Foundation is created; preparing the Kitchen Cabinetry Layout, making Wood and Finish selections, then receiving those Cabinets and appreciating the Beauty of Amish Craftsmanship; preparing Detail Drawings for an Elaborate Window Wall, then looking through that completed Window Wall; developing the Elevation and style of the Home then driving up to the previously vacant site and seeing that Elevation; and finally, working carefully with many other quality tradesmen to present the Completion of our Efforts to its Rightful Owner, is extremely satisfying indeed!
We Design and Build Custom Homes, but what we really do, and what I am proudest of, is that we work with our Clients in completing a dream that is a blend of High Emotional and Financial Investment. The Hopes, Expectations, and Pressures that are part of this "New Home Dream," are placed under our care at Allan Homes, and it is our job to succeed for our Clients...
